How do I get my post to show up in the secondary menu pages?

  My page content are showing up in the top primary menu and the bottom secondary menu. I want my blog content to sort and post under the menus in the secondary bar like the Demo
  How do I accomplish this

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
