How do I get my posts to become a menu page again?

  I once deleted my posts page, and now I do not know how to get it back. So, whenever you navigate away from my posts to a different menu option, there is no way of getting back to the posts.

  You will have to create another page for posts to appear on http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/ and change the setting here > Settings > Reading http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/reading-settings/
