How do I get my posts to publish?

    I got a confirmation code in my email, but when I click on it nothing happens. However, I still have been able to design a page and set it up, as well as write drafts for blogs. The only problem is, it will not let me publish my content. Where it should say “Publish” it will only say “Draft” or “Pending Review.” What should I do?
