How do I get my posts to show as Click for more

  I’ve noticed that when some people post it shows as a short version and you have to click a ‘see more’ link to see the full post.
  Is this a setting and if so where is it?
  I’ve had a look around my settings but no matter how I select Default Post Format it always shows the full post and not a short version.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You need to insert the read more tag into your posts.
