How do I get my recently expired domain back?

Hello, I think the card that this site was connected to was expired and now the domain has expired. I would like to reactivate my site with a new credit card.

I am trying to retrieve http://www.worldperspectivesprogram.org . When I try to add that domain it tells me that it has expired and that I should post here to figure out how to get it back.

Domain expiration is a lengthy and complicated process that takes about 80 days. During this time, your domain may be put up for auction or sold on back-order.

However, the good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain at its regular renewal price of $26. and for that, I have already emailed you a payment request. Please reply back if you have submitted the payment so that we can begin the recovery process.
Please note that if in the meantime your domain enters into redemption, then a late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive.
