How do I get my site back?

    I was a using a wordpress site for theapparatgroup.com. My host expired and I am wondering how I can access OR transfer that site back to theapparatgroup.wordpress.com URL?
    My name is Andrew, username is theapparatgroup. My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff).
