How do I get my site to look like the "Full Frame" Theme demo site?

    I can’t get the layout to work correctly. I’ve purchased the Full Frame Theme, but I can’t figure out how to make it look like the examples. I’ve read all the help sections I thought would provide some insight, but I still haven’t been able to figure out what I’m doing wrong. Each page and post looks the same and I can’t figure out how to change them; I tried experimenting with the different layouts in the “post format” section, but even all of these kept coming up the same. It just doesn’t look anything like the demo of Full Frame or any of the example sites that use this theme. Also, each time I enter a featured image, it doesn’t appear correctly, even though I’ve adjusted the dimensions as suggested. Only part of the image appears and it doesn’t fill the page the way the images in the example do.

    I took a look at your site and it looks like all of your test posts are in the trash. I’d be happy to help out, but in order for me to see what’s going wrong you’ll need to put some content up first. Once you do, let me know and I’ll take another look!
