How do I get my website to display 'one page' theme content?

    Since I moved to my new host, I lost my WordPress theme, but I had my files backed up. Anyways, I install ‘best business’ theme, among others, and none are displaying content from which the theme should look like on the front page. Mine just looks like a basic page with the ugly “home” title on the front page. I forgot what I had to do when I had my website under my other host to make it work. But, I went under lots of settings and can’t seem to figure it out, thanks.
