How do I get my word press blog to point to a domain that I already own? –can w

    need to have my word press blog point to a domain I already own! –upgraded to do this, but screen went blank before I could get to the next step after initial mapping –what can I do now? I own the domain through Go Daddy, and need for this blog to point to that domain: moxiesupper.com

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    my word press blog is moxie.http://moxiesupper.wordpress.com, but I want it to point to, as included in the premium upgrade, a domain I already own through GO Daddy: moxiesupper.com –how can this happen? Mapping was starting when my screen went blank; how do I return to this page and allow word press to map the blog for me?

    I am seeing moxiesupper.com point correctly to your WordPress.com site.

    It can take 24-48 hours for domain/DNS changes to propagate throughout the internet. It typically happens faster than that, but it really depends on your ISPs update frequency. If you are still not seeing the correct site appear after 48 hours has elapsed, please contact me again.

    Oops! –thank you is much for responding, root josh, but this is working now! –apparently my calling GoDaddy had some appropriate effect! –I just need some clarification of billing…. Since initially I indicated “moxiesuper.com” as the domain I wanted associated with my blog; I attempted to cancel that purchase as soon as I realized I’d omitted an essential lowercase “p” –this problem began because of a typo, and now that the domain is correct, I have no other problems other than making more posts.

    Thank you so much! –hiw leasing that assistance was available when I thought that I needed it! –I’m so glad to be associated with wordpress.com! :)
