How do I get notifications when comments made to posts?

    To whom it may concern:
    as title “How do I get notifications when comments made to posts?”, I already set up in dashboard to receive emails when netizens made comments to the posts in my blog, but I never actually receive any notifications. On the other hand, all comments, without exception, are kept in Spam section in dashboard even though the commentators leave just a few words without any links which may be considered as spam, any help? Thanks.
