  How do I get rid of the archive header on my categories pages? Example http://bradleyadamjones.wordpress.com/category/blog/

  It doesn’t appear on my homepage bradleyadamjones.wordpress.com

  That is part of your theme you’re using and can be removed only by paid Custom CSS upgrade if you’re familiar with CSS/stylesheet.

  The feature is located under Appearance > Edit CSS. It has a preview trial mode which lets you to see how it looks if you change the code. There is also a forum for CSS customization.
