How do I get “older post” pages?

  I counted 100+ page downs to get to the bottom of my blog. I’d like to have it divided up into 8-10 page downs followed by an “older posts” link. Must be doing something stupid, but I’ve checked My Account and My Dashboard but I still can’t see how to break my blog up into reasonable chunks.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Easy: Dashboard->Settings->Reading, set the number of posts to display on a page there. Save Changes.
