How do I get on to my hosting and domain space?

I am trying to get on to my hosting and domain space not wordpress.com which is free. I type in mydomain.com/wp-admin and my password doesn’t work. When I click on to lost password it sends me to my .com site. I am so confused about what to do. I would appreciate help from anyone. Thanks!

Firstly you need to know the difference between
wordpress.com and wordpress.org
https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/It looks you are using wordpress.org open source
well you need to go to your cpanel of your hosting account and
check the 1 click installed options like softaculous or any installer provided by your hosting company and try to click on forget password there this will fix this issue .
If you are using self hosted wordpress.org platform
then you can ask https://wordpress.org/support/ -
It looks like your forgot password page does not work that’s the reason you need to use cpanel for getting access.
