How do I get our church followers onto the blog?

    What do I tell them to do to sign on to WordPress to follow the blog?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    The easiest is if you add the Follow Blog widget to your site’s sidebar. That will allow people to sign up to get notifications of new posts via email without having to create WordPress.com accounts.

    To add a widget, click on My Sites, then click the Customize button next to Themes. Click on Widgets ->Sidebar ->Add widget, and look for the Follow Blog widget in the list. Remember to save after you add it.

    Any visitor who already has a WordPress.com account will also see a follow button in the bottom-right corner of the site. That’s added automatically, so you don’t need to do anything for that to work.
