How do I get our current email/RSS subscribers moved over to WordPress.org?

  We are in the process of moving from the hosted WordPress.com blog to a self-hosted WordPress.org blog. One of the questions that has come up is how do we get our existing email/RSS subscribers moved over so we don’t lose them? Thanks in advance for your help.

  If you want I can move the WordPress.com and e-mail subscribers to your self-hosted site.

  First connect your self-hosted site to your WordPress.com blog using the Jetpack plugin.

  Let me know once this is connected and I’ll move the subscribers for you.
