How do I get pages onto the Organization theme homepage?

    On the demo for the Organization theme it shows that you can can get three page snippets plus the featured images onto the home page under the main image but I can’t work out how to do this. It also shows the option of not having the three pages featured under the main image which I would also like to be able to do.

    Please can I have some guidance.
