How do I get people to look at my blog?

I have two blogs. One is Natures best http://naturesverybest.wordpress.com/ which is photography and such and then another at http://presidentialjournal.wordpress.com/
My question is how do I get people to look at my blogs/comment/follow. If you could please answer my question or look at the blogs and tell me what I’m doing right or wrong that would be great!

You need to post frequently. It takes weeks for search engines to index content in a new blog and/or to re-index content under a new URL. What attracts search engines is unique content the cannot in posts that cannot be found anywhere else on the internet.
