How do I get people to stop disobeying my widgets TOS?

  I created a widget, http://www.locked.data.googlepages.com/pinloghome and SOME PEOPLE decided to edit the link out the code, I emailed wordpress but they completely ignored me. If you go to this wordpress site: http://cabluey.com/ you will see a dissabled version of my widget. I updated it thats why it’s dissabled, and you dont get the new code when you click it because he edited it out. How do I enforce my TOS?
