How do I get posts to display on right page?

  How do I ensure that a post is placed under the right menu heading?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi, I wanted to post something and I mistakenly posted it as a page.
  But I really want it to be post under a certain menu heading. Every time I do a post it appears under ‘Reviews’ and I want this post to appear under another menu heading.
  So my question is how do I post under a particular menu heading (that I already have set up across the top of the page?
  I now have a page with that post and also a copy of that post under ‘Reviews’ but I really want to move that post to ‘Late Discovery Adoptees’. Thank you so much for any help you can give me with this.

  You’ll have to delete your static pages. Well, you don’t have to, but they serve no purpose.

  Well, I deleted the original page with all the info. I then re posted that information as a post but it still will not appear under the menu heading I want.
  So could you tell me how to post under the relevant menu heading.?
