How do I get recent posts to rotate on home page?

  I want my most recent posts to rotate at the top of the screen and it used to and now it doesn’t. How do I fix this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  In order for the Post Slider to be active in your theme Blissful Blog you need to activate the Featured Content tag. You can do this through the Customizer:

  

  Please note that if you have more than 15 tags and categories, we won’t show your post under the Reader tags. Its a good idea to focus your tags so that users can easily search for your content.

  So is that 15 tags per posts or 15 tags total?
