  Hi
  Does anyone know how to get rid of the ‘leave a reply’ at the bottom of each page?

  Go to settings > discussion and turn comments and trackbacks/pingbacks off. This will apply to all pages and posts created from now on.

  For existing pages, you will have to turn them off manually. You can do this as a bulk edit from the pages > pages listing.
