How do I get rid of an old URL?

I have rebooted an old site name with a new URL. I want to get rid of the old URL and site so a search will only pull up the new site.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

All blogs are independent websites so what you do one one has no effects on any others. Deleting a blog URL is a permanent irreversible act.
To delete a free hosted WordPress.COM blog you must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered a blog to delete the blog Dashboard → Tools → Delete Site http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting blogs and/or blog content does not remove it from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months. You have to log in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to delete it.

The username account appears to be https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/reesenroxyYou must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account and the exact same associated email address that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

Your last resort for gaining access is to complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.
