How do I get rid of an unwanted statement at the top of my blog?

  When anyone goes to my blog on the Internet, this message appears at the top: 4 OUT OF 5 DENTISTS RECOMMEND THIS WORDPRESS.COM SITE. I didn’t create this and don’t want it! Do I have to keep this message, or is there any way I can get rid of it?
