how do I get rid of an "update" link not requested and not wanted?

someone added “updates” in URL link form which were not authorized by me. I can’t figure out how to get rid of them: As admin I should be able to delete them, shouldn’t I?

Can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies?
Where do you exactly see this issue? Could you send us a screenshot of the page where you’re seeing this?
