How do I get rid of Chinese characters?

My blog has these chinese characters that i can’t seem to get rid off. Please help me in removing them. I want it completely in English.

You can change the language by following the instructions here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/language-settings/Let me know if that removes the Chinese characters.

Hi,
I did this, and still on my blog you see these chinese characters (like above my blog title) and under Category heading. I don’t know how to get rid of these ones.

The Chinese characters belong to a category at Posts -> Categories in your blog’s Dashboard and a page title at Pages in your blog’s Dashboard. You can change them there. :)
