Since you are self-hosted and using the software downloaded from wordpress.ORG, you need to direct your question to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ . This forum is for users of WordPress.COM, the free hosting service, and it uses a modified multi-user version of the software which is different from what you are using and few, if any, here know anything about it.

Its because on your theme, you have a php command looking to open something, and since its not there, it gives you that error. Open up your design tab, navigate to your sidebar, find the line and remove it. :)

Um, z360, I know you want to help but it doesn’t help the volunteers here at the .COM forums to be answering questions for the .ORG users.
-
What volunteers, they may volunteer, but im helping and instead of you helping, your telling me to dont help, Gee, thats great help…

WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE UNDERLYING THEME FILES HERE AT WORDPRESS.COM. WE CANNOT MODIFY THEM HERE. PERIOD. Your solution does not apply here.
You need to understand the differences between wordpress.COM, the free hosting service with many restrictions, and wordpress.ORG which has virtually no restrictions.

OK let me apologize for yelling first off.
@z360, the problem with answering .ORG questions here in this .COM forum, is that many times the answers for .ORG do not apply here at .COM, which means that it is likely to confuse those .COM users that come here for answers.
Adsense isn’t allowed here, and if we answer an adsense question about a .ORG blog here, people are going to come in and say, “I thought adsense wasn’t allowed here? What’s up?”
It simply confuses things. That is why we send people who are self-hosted over to the .ORG forums, that and the fact that few here know anything about the .ORG software.
