How do I get rid of "just another wordpress.com site" in the title?

Please see blog titled: Why you must avoid fruit juice. Then see under title the words:
“just another wordpress.com site” (I want to replace these words with a sub-title). How do I do this?

You can change that by editing your Tagline in the Settings section of your blog’s Dashboard.
