How do I get rid of the "by ___" under the title of each post? (Alto theme)

  How do I get rid of the “by ___” under the title of each post? I’m using the Alto theme, and I’m hoping to get rid of the author name.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There might be a way to remove the author attribution without CSS customization. I suggest that you resubmit your question at the Alto support forum (Premium theme support).

  Hi there eunicejana,

  This one requires a few extra levels of specificity with the CSS selectors.

  You currently have this CSS in place to select the byline:

  .single .byline, .group-blog .byline {
  	display: none;
  }

  Try this instead:

  .entry-body .entry-meta .posted-author .byline {
  		display: none;
  }

  It gets a little more specific, and should hide the byline on all of your posts.
