How do I get rid of the categories?

  Right now all my posts say “uncategorized” underneath them. I don’t want tags and categories, I want the thing to read clean. I’ve gone through all the options I can find, can I do this?

  Posts cannot be not categorized. If they are not assigned to a category they become ‘Uncategorized’.

  It’s fine if they’re “uncategorized”, but does it have to say that on the page?

  It would require experience editing CSS and the paid CSS upgrade, but with the theme you are using, the “Posted July 29, 2009 by salixantheia” would also disappear. All you would be left with would be the post title.
