how do I get rid of the comments section on a page?

  For a few of the pages on this blog (e.g., contact information, faculty, etc) I don’t need or want people to be able to leave comments. It’s just information and the comments section clutters up the page. How do I make the comments option disappear?

  You can use the bulk editing feature to disable comments on pages you have already published, please refer to the instructions here:
