How do I get rid of the extra white space when using the Able theme?

The blog post that I’m having specific trouble with is:
Tony Ferrara, of Hub Mortgage Group, Inc., Chose Viridian Energy Today
There seems to be an inordinate amount of white space after the blog’s body and before the “Rate this:”, “Share this:” and “Like this:” buttons. Help! Please?!
