How do I get rid of the "funny white lines" on my Featured photos?

  WordPress is putting funny white lines on the Featured photos of my posts. Also and on one picture, it put an odd “C” sort of thing (where the white lines are on the other pictures.) How do I get rid of these?!?!?! What am I doing wrong? (I didn’t used to have this problem!)
