my website is http://www.askdrrenee.info I was trying to customize and I started getting internal server error message. I called fatcow and they said it was my theme I should contact wordpress I use thesis theme. Please help

Sounds like your site is hosted by FatCow and you are using WordPress.ORG software.
That means you are in the wrong forum. These forums are for WordPress.COM and out software is different.
