How do I get rid of the new sidebar that appears every time I post something?

  Hi

  I’m getting really irritated by the “sidebar” that appears on the left of my screen every time I publish a new post, wasting my time by telling me that I’ll reach a fantastic milestone in XX number of posts. I don’t like it and I don’t want it.

  I’ve tried to read about Widgets, but this doesn’t appear to fall in this category. I don’t know where else to look to turn the thing off. Any suggestions?

  Users > Personal Settings > Instant Post Feedback: uncheck option, click Save Changes.
