How do I get rid of the old site/domain name?

  I just added a new domain name that I want to be the only one attached to this blog. How do I get rid of the old name so it doesn’t show up at all?

  You can’t actually get rid of the other. Your WordPress.com domain is the core of your blog, and custom domain is just mapped to.

  http://theotherbeautiful.com/ is essentially a fancy new coat for http://somuchmoretogain.wordpress.com/
