How do I get rid of the random "Dentist" phrase in my header.

The phrase “4 out of 5 dentists recommend this WordPress.com site” is a part of my header and I am having a hard time finding out how to get rid it..
Someone please help!! I don’t want to write any more blogs until I can figure out how to get rid of it.
