How do I get rid of the social sharing icons on my posts?

  Hi, I am new to this. I like the Jetpack sharing icons so I added this as a plugin but I cannot seem to get rid of the second one. If you look at my post, you will see 2 sets of social sharing icons, I am trying to get rid of the second. I can’t see any active plugins for the second one. I am using Yoko theme. Appreciate your help. Thanks
