How do I get rid of the top Navigation Bar?

  I want to get rid of the Nav Bar that appears at the top of my blog (the one that links me back to my account, dashboard, etc). How can I do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sorry that can’t be removed your readers won’t see the bar when they visit your site unless they are logged into WP.com and if they are logged in the Grey bar links back to their dashboard.
