How do I get rid of the Welcome to WordPress on the header picture on the home page?

  I see no options to edit my homepage except to customize ‘site identity’ How do I get rid of the Welcome to WordPress on the header picture on the home page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It looks like you were able to remove the “Welcome to WordPress” message from your site at orderedandmelange.wordpress.com
