How do I get rid of this?

I keep seeing this message,
Uh oh! Your blog’s domain psilovesoapco.net expired 7 days ago!Renew now
for one more yearYour blog’s domain psilovesoapco.net stopped functioning on Monday, January 11, 2016 and visitors who come to the web address psilovesoapco.net cannot find your site any more.
I am not renewing the web address nor will I be domain mapping. Any clues how to get rid of this annoying message. There used to be a close out box on the top right side but it is no longer there. TIA

Log into the WordPress.com account that you used to buy the upgrade. Go to your Manage Purchases page and click the cancel link for the upgrade. Here’s more info about cancelling upgrades: https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#canceling-upgrades

If you purchased a domain name via wordpress.com Staff need to know whether or not you want to keep the domain name and use it on another site.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
Note that when we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you.
