How do I get rid of unwanted content appearing on my blog?

  My blog says” recommended by 4 out of 5 dentists”. My blog has nothing to do with dentistry. Where did that come from. I can’t publish with that stupidity in there. Thanks, rickerw.wordpress.com

  That’s a default tagline for your site, and you can change it by going to Settings > General in your dashboard. We have additional information about your site’s title and tagline here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/general-settings/#changing-your-site-title-and-tagline
