How do I get rid of unwanted popups?

There are lots of unwanted popups on my blog. Have I been hacked?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Popups appear on every word or phrase that is double-underlined and orange. All unwanted ads and spam.

You have some sort of add in for your browser or other browser issue with unwanted stuff being active – try turning off all the extras in your browser and then turn them back on one at a time until things crash again

Good point @RC – if they have a ORG install they could have been hacked and not their browser

Is it? And where did you give it, because I don’t see it here?
If you have a legitimate technical problem, why would you play coy? No, you know what? I don’t care. If you don’t answer the questions when I ask them, I’m not going to help you anyway. Perhaps you can find a games-player who enjoys this.

I browsed the site through firefox and crome, navigated to some pages and but did not receive any popups.

One of the posters refers to multiple blogs – and many people show up here and have a WP.COM blog but they are having trouble with a .ORG site – 10 stinking back and fourths with the OP trying to fix their .COM blog they cough up the correct URL – no wonder the help was not helping them
