how do i get rid off 'follow us' on posts at the homepage

  I want to know how I can remove the ‘volg ons op’/ ‘follow us’ on the bottom of almost every post at the homepage.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there – http://www.buuf-buuf.nl/ doesn’t look like a WordPress.com site, nor do I see any WordPress.com “Follow” link. Is there a different WordPress.com site you need help with?

  You can hide the “Follow” button for logged-out users on WordPress.com sites in the WP Admin dashboard, under Settings > Reading, by un-checking the box for “Show follow button to logged out users.”
