how do I get rid pf the "comments off" section from my chateu/theme?

I have turned off the comment section of my posts, but now there is a “comments off” on the right hand side on the post page. I want to delete that permanently. How do I do that?
please let me know thank you!I also saw in a forum that you can add a code into your css files? but I can’t seem to find that in my theme. Where is it in dashboard? please help!

Hi there. Yes, you would need to add custom CSS to prevent that from displaying, but to edit the CSS you will first need the Custom Design upgrade (included in the Premium and Business bundles).
