How do I get search engines to recognise my blog?

Search engines are displaying no results when I enter my blog name. In Site Visibility I have checked Allow search engines to index this site.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It looks like your blog has been up and running for only a few days. It takes 4-6 weeks (or more) for a search engine to see and add your blog. The more you update your blog- the more notifications that WordPress.com will send notifications to search engines, i.e. Google.
