How do i get Sharing buttons for Linkedin and Twitter to appear?

  i’ve tried following all the directions but cannot get Sharing Buttons to appear on my blog. The weird thing is when i first set it up a year ago they were there, now they are not and i cannot figure out how to add them.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m seeing the Share buttons at the bottom of this post pipelinelawalerts.com/2015/10/14/major-changes-proposed-for-hazardous-liquids-pipelines-integrity-management/ but it seems they may be misbehaving or misconfigured since both the LinkedIn and Twitter buttons show twice. (screenshot)

  If you don’t mind waiting until Staff return on 21 Oct, you can mark this for their assistance by adding the MODLOOK tag to the forum thread sidebar’s Tags section.

  The only thing I can think to do in the meantime (and I’m not sure of the ramifications in terms of # of shares on the Official buttons ) is to go to your WP Admin Dashboard>Settings>Sharing and remove the buttons entirely back up to the “available” area, save the changes and then re-add them and save again.

  I see In the meantime you have changed themes and the sharing buttons only appear once on the above post.

  Is this issue then resolved for you? If so, won’t you please remove the MODLOOK tag you added?

  Hi @lenaballaro, it looks like you had inadvertently added new services with the Twitter and Facebook names on them, instead of using the existing Twitter and Facebook services. I’ve corrected that for you. Cheers!
