How do I get skylark to show featured sticky posts on a static page?

  I can’t get the skylark showcase template to show any posts on my page. How to use it, how to get featured articles on a front page with 4 posts showing a summary?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It appears the way your theme works, posts marked as sticky appear in the slider. You’ll possibly also have to assign a featured image before the post will appear there.

  Under the slider you can then also display featured categories. Under each category the four latest posts for that category will appear (so you’ll first have to assign posts to that category). You can set up those categories under Appearance ->Theme options. See the support doc for complete instructions: http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/skylark/
