How do I get that picture that appears on the left side of your blog page?

  I am trying to set the picture that appears on the left side of a blog when you post it online-
  Right now, when I post my blog, there is no picture that appears next to the blog name- it is an empty white square- how do you post a picture there?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. Do you mean when you post on Facebook? That is called the favicon, or blavatar. You can upload it under Settings ->General in the dashboard: https://en.support.wordpress.com/blavatars/
