How do I get the add photo option to work on Polldaddy?

When I click on the “add photo” icon when setting up a Polldaddy poll, I am able to select an image from my media library, but it does not display when previewing the poll within a post. What do I have to do to add a photo to a polldaddy poll? Thanks.

Thank you so much. The first instructions don’t mention photos. The second one shows a media tab that looks different from what I see in WordPress. I’m beginning to wonder if the free version just doesn’t support adding a photo to a poll.
When I click on the image tab I do see, it just thinks for an awfully long time. I will check on the photo file size.
Other thoughts?
