How do I get the "Add Themes" option under Appearanc > Themes?

I don’t see an option to Add Theme when I click on Appearance > Themes. HELP!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Do you get to the themes page when you click the Themes link under Appearance?
If so, are you trying to add a theme you’ve downloaded somewhere else? Third party themes aren’t supported on WordPress.com. Those types of themes are designed for self-hosted WordPress.org sites.

Hi venngroup,
You are not able to upload your theme to WordPress.com. Using uploaded theme only available for WordPress.org (self host).

Thanks! Next issue, how do I migrate my page from WordPress.com to WordPress.org? It appears it is only available as a download with php files and I am not sure what to do from there. My web host is Hostpapa / AWS.

Here’s a guide for transferring your site to a self-hosted .org site. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-to-wordpress-org

Yes I checked that out but it doesn’t really explain in detail and directs the user to use one of the recommended web hosting servers which does the transfer for free
